Here are our rates for typical 7 night holidays and shorter breaks. Prices are calculated based on a daily seasonal rate, with a length of stay discount applied (a percentage discount which gets bigger the more days booked). Use the search tool here to find out the cost of any break.

No hidden extras
There are no additional booking fees for booking directly with us. The price quoted is what you pay. It includes the usual utilities (gas and electricity). Bed linen, bath and hand towels for up to four people are included, although we don’t provide beach towels. You’ll have free access to the cottage fast fibre internet connection.
Holiday insurance
In common with most UK private holiday home owners we don’t provide cancellation insurance and we strongly recommend that you arrange your own insurance if you don’t already have suitable cover in place.
