Covid-19

24th February – Updated to reflect that the Government has lifted the remaining COVID-19 restrictions in England.

Bookings remain fully refundable or rebookable (whichever you prefer) if UK government public health measures at the time of your stay mean we must close again, or you must cancel because it is unlawful for you to travel and stay in the cottage.

As always linens and towels will be washed at a high temperature. We will ask you to strip beds and bag up linen and towels on departure. If you wish to bring your own bedding and towels please let us know. We have provided hand sanitiser and cleaning products for you to use if you wish during your stay.

We require you to adhere to current government instructions and act within current social distancing and hygiene rules before and during your stay. With the lifting of restrictions we ask you to follow current public health advise.

If you develop Covid-19 during your stay we would prefer that you return home. However, if that is not possible then it will be your responsibility to pay for any bookings we need to cancel as a result.

Our full terms and conditions can be found here. Covid is also now a known risk and it is possible for you to insure your holiday against it. This can include the requirement to cancel prior to travel, or curtailment of your trip. There are several options which include cover for Covid related cancellations available from organisations like Trailfinders: https://www.trailfinders.com/insurance#/step1 or https://www.coverwise.co.uk/Travel-Insurance/corona-virus.aspx or www.gocompare.com.

If you have any worries or concerns about your booking or the Covid-19 policies in place please get in touch.

If you would like to book please continue to our How To Book page. We will check the dates in your enquiry and quickly get back to you.
